BOLD & ROBUST - NUTTY, EARTHY NOTES - RICH & UNCTUOUS ON THE PLATE
Dark golden colour, with a bold robust flavour makes this a favourite amongst top chefs. Not to mention that it is the lowest in saturated fat of all the oils. This is not your supermarket variety canola oil, and can be used in raw or cooking applications.

LIGHT & FRESH - SLIGHTLY NUTTY - LIGHT ON THE PALATE
The lightest in colour of all of our oils, literally the colour of sunflower petals that evoke the colour and freshness of the summer, but definitely not the lightest in the taste department. This is a very versatile oil, useful in salad dressings, for frying, and in many other preparations.

SOFT UMAMI - SLIGHTLY NUTTY - MEDIUM WEIGHT ON THE PALATE - HIGHLY VISCOUS
Brilliant yellow colour with a nutty aroma and flavour, the soy can be used with any of our recipes. Try finishing your plates with this as a garnish, and to boost flavour.
